A seraph (“burning one”) is a type of celestial or
heavenly being originating in Ancient Judaism. The term plays a role in subsequent Judaism,
Christianity, and Islam.

The constant sense of tension, with the threat of an explosion hanging in the air that
could burn everything down, forces us to wonder, is there anything after the end of
life? Unfortunately, we are faced with the reality that death is becoming more and
more present, and accordingly the question arises, how will our relationship with faith
